Confirmation

Your reservation is definitive when you confirm our e-mail with data and apartments.
Cancellation

If you cancel a reservation within one month before your expected arrival, your down payment will not be restituted.
Checking in and out

Check-in is normally after 12 pm. Check-out is 12 pm. If you check out after 12 pm, we will charge an extra day. When prolonging your stay you will have to pay before 12 pm.
Payment

We ask for a down payment of 25% a reservation. The rest should be paid one month before arrival.
Cancellation
